WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man was arrested and charged after a shooting at a Winston-Salem Taco Bell last month, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release. Around 4:34 p.m. on March 26, Winston-Salem officers responded to a reported shooting at Akron Drive. Arriving of ficers found a 20-year-old man, later identified as Christopher James Caldwell, who had been shot and had non-life-threatening injuries. Investigatorslater determined that a fight started inside the Taco Bell between two employees that involved a gun. Caldwell was determined to be the suspect and arrested on Wednesday. He was charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm and felony carrying a concealed gun.
