A one-stop resource center has opened in Caldwell County for individuals, small businesses, and private non-profit groups impacted by Helene. The resource center is on the third floor of the Health and Human Services Building at 2345 Morganton Boulevard in Lenoir. It will provide disaster recovery resources from state and federal agencies. Services include: Help with applying for FEMA’s individual assistance program and appealing FEMA decisions. The deadline to apply for FEMA assistance is April 7.
