Burger enthusiasts who perked their ears up this week over social media chatter about In-N-Out coming to Chicago will have to keep waiting. The chain denied Thursday that it has any plans to open a location in the Windy City. The origin seems to be, at least in part, an Instagram post from April Fool’s Day that shows a sign, apparently at 4720 W. Fullerton Ave., signaling the imminent opening of an In-N-Out. "HERE SOON!" the sign announces.But the California-based chain, which is known for its Double-Double burger, said there is no basis behind the growing chatter.
