He is considered an excellent fit for the New York Jets due to several key factors: 1. Addressing a Critical Need: The Jets have a pressing need to bolster their offensive line, particularly at the right tackle position. Membou’s experience and success as a right tackle make him a natural candidate to fill this gap. This will provide a similar boost to the Jets that Penei Sewell did for the Lions, a foundational piece to an already solid OL whose greatest need is an RT. 2.
