ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested a Rochester man with dozens of suspensions on his license. Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 7 p.m. Tuesday on I-390 in Avon. They said 21-year-old Amed Santos Rodriguez was driving with a suspended license. It was alleged that Rodriguez had a total of 35 suspensions. Rodriguez was arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
