PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Crews in Providence quickly extinguished a car fire that broke out Thursday morning.
Firefighters responding to Eastwood Avenue around 7 a.m. found a Honda Odyssey on fire behind a home.
Providence Fire Chief Richard DiLisi said the fire extended to the side of the
home, but not inside.
About eight people were inside at the time, but got out safely before crews arrived.
No injuries were reported and it's unclear what caused the fire.
