EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Chuy's Tex-Mex Restaurant at the Fountains of Farah will be closing for good, a spokesperson for Darden, the American multi-brand restaurant operator confirmed to KTSM on Thursday, April 3. The spokesperson says the restaurant will stay open through Sunday, April 13. "Closing this restaurant is a difficult business decision, and it’s one we made very carefully and thoughtfully because it impacts our employees and our guests. We will continue to serve our Guests at the El Paso restaurant through April 13," the spokesperson said. The spokesperson also said their employees will have the opportunity to potentially work at Olive Garden, Cheddar’ Scratch Kitchen, and Ruth’s Chris.
