UPDATE: All lanes opened up on Gateway North after Hercules just after 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, according to TxDOT. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Three people were injured after a two-vehicle rollover crash early Thursday morning, April 3 in Northeast El Paso, according to the El Paso Fire Depa rtment. El Paso Police said the crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. Thursday on Gateway North after Hercules and its Special Traffic Investigations Unit responded to the scene. The Fire Department confirmed that three people were injured in the crash. One person was transported by Firestar and two other people were transported by ambulance, one with serious injuries and another with minor injuries. El Paso Electric was called to the scene of the crash to assist with downed power lines, the Fire Department said. TxDOT is reporting that all lanes in the area will be closed until further notice.
