CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – We’re not April foolin’; someone in Charleston won $100,000 on a Powerball ticket.
State lottery officials said the winning ticket for Wednesday’s drawing was purchased at the Circle K convenience store on Folly Road.

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
The South Carolina Education Lottery said more than 6,000 players in South Carolina hold tickets for prizes from $4 up to $100,000.
