Anabell Aleyna Correa, the suspected drunken driver accused of running a red light and broadsiding a rideshare car, was present at the
pre-preliminary hearing on April 3.
Correa was allowed to sit during her arraignment on March 25 as she was wearing a medical boot and using crutches, but she was standing during the Thursday hearing, keeping her back turned to the audience as she faced the judge the entire time.

During her arraignment in March, Correa said her father hired an attorney for her case, but the attorney didn't appear.
