ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — New non-stop service flights begin this week for Avelo Airlines! Avelo announced last December that there would be two new flights from the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport to Nashville, Tennessee, and Wilmington, North Carolina. The Nashville flights begin Thursday, and the Wilmington flights start Friday. The Nashville flights will have twice-weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays, and the Wilmington flights will be on Mondays and Fridays.
