2 stabbed and 2 more injured in altercation at Riverside apartment complex

Four people were injured, including at least two people who were stabbed, in a fight at a Riverside apartment complex on Wednesday evening, April 2, authorities said.
Details on how many people were involved or the circumstances leading up to the fight were not immediately available.

e Sgt. Ryan Railsback said officers responded to Sycamore Canyons, an apartment complex at 600 Central Avenue, west of Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park, around 7 p.m.
Information on the victims and the extent of their injuries was not known, only that two people were hospitalized, said Riverside City Fire Battalion Chief Mike Allen.
No arrests were publicly announced as of Wednesday evening.
