Damage in Carmel; video shows tornado CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — A large radio tower was downed in downtown Carmel, where a storm with a confirmed tornado moved through Wednesday night. The front of one building was ripped off in the downtown area, News 8’s Tim Spears reported. Trees were d owned, with the roots exposed from the saturated soil.
