The severe weather threat ends as Thursday begins. While some periods of rain/storms are still possible during the early morning, they are not likely to be as strong as what was experienced Wednesday evening.
The remaining rain clears by daybreak, with skies staying mostly cloudy and high tempera
tures in the lower 60s during the afternoon. There's a slight chance of some scattered rain later in the day, but should be limited to just a few scattered showers.
Thursday's highs range from the upper 50s to the low-to-mid-60s.
Cooler air moves in Friday with high temperatures in the 50s. Some rain and storms are possible on Friday, especially from mid-afternoon onward.
Widespread rain, with some t-storms, is in the forecast for Friday afternoon into the evening.
Then, more rain is possible throughout the day on Saturday with similarly cool conditions, in the low 50s.
With all of these upcoming rain chances in our forecast, a Flood Watch has been issued from now through Sunday morning. Some areas within the watch have the potential to see an additional 3"-4" of rain picked up from the rain that started Wednesday night and the remaining chances that will occur between now and Sunday morning. Be on alert for flooding in your neighborhood and around your home, especially if you live in an area that frequently floods.
