MINOT, ND (KXNET) — An active member of the Air Force, who's stationed at the Minot Air Force Base, is facing four charges involving child sex crimes. 35-year-old Cory Mulrain is currently facing three charges of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor and one count of Gross Sexual Imposition . According to an affidavit obtained by KX, Homeland Security Investigations Minot/Bismarck was contacted by Homeland Security Investigations Boston, after they'd been alerted to someone using a darknet site, known for streaming child sexual abuse material. Williston man charged with 7th DUI in 12 years On March 25th, North Dakota BCI showed up at Mulrain's home on the Minot Air Force Base and served a search warrant for his electronic devices. While investigators were interviewing Mulrain on scene, he admitted to them that he recorded a child under the age of 14 in the bathroom and a bedroom. Investigators then interviewed the child, who said Mulrain touched them while they were pretending to be asleep. He is currently in custody with a bond order of $150,000.
