WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Famous workwear brand Carhartt is opening its first Kansas store at Bradley Fair in Wichita on Thursday.
The company says the 4,000-square-foot space will create about 20 local jobs and offer Carhartt’s full line.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 1,000 custo
mers who are members of Carhartt’s loyalty program will receive a free commemorative T-shirt.
Wichita city manager to retire, mayor wants changes
“We’re excited to support Wichita’s hardworking community with gear built to last,” Mark Kastner, Carhartt’s director of store strategy, said in a news release.
Bradley Fair General Manager Jessica Branning called the brand a “perfect fit for our retail mix and the Wichita workforce.”
Store hours are 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 12–6 p.m. Sunday.
