Teen, 2 juveniles charged after report of shots fired at Carver High School in WinstonSalem

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) -- Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested two Carver High School students and a former Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools student on assault charges after shots were reportedly fired at CHS students last month.

y were fired at while on the school baseball field during school hours after an exchange of words with another group of students, according to a FCSO news release.
No students were hurt. An investigation was launched that resulted in a teen and two juveniles being charged.
Henry Gomez-Velasquez, 17, of Winston-Salem, has been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
One juvenile has been charged with:
two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
one count of possession of a weapon on school property
one count of discharging a firearm in the city limits
one count of possession of a handgun by a minor
A second juvenile has been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
They were all taken to the Alexander Juvenile Detention Center in Taylorsville.
