(Austin Business Journal) -- Pokeworks wants to grow in Austin, but the biggest challenge it faces is real estate. The California-based poke franchise, which has four locations in the Austin area, wants to expand its footprint regionally and across the state with the help of current franchisee Ma rcos Blanco. Pokeworks could add at least another 10 locations in the metro, said Maria Frazelle, director of franchise development for Pokeworks. However, finding real estate in Austin isn’t easy.
