MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Florida Street in South Memphis is partially blocked off due to a fire at a scrapyard on Wednesday afternoon. Dark clouds of smoke can be seen filling the sky in the area of Florida Street and Crump Boulevard. At this time, it is unclear what caused the fire. The Memphis Fire Department is on the scene and has blocked off a portion of Florida Street while they work to extinguish the flames.
