MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) - A woman in Wisconsin was arrested after she attempted a robbery of a home on Tuesday afternoon, where she reportedly tried to escape by climbing a rooftop and pole. According to a Madison Police Department release, officers responded to a burglary report in the 300 block of Phlox Drive around 1:16 p.m. on Monday. The caller reportedly came home for lunch and saw somebody inside their home. Negotiators tried to get her off the roof, but she climbed onto a pole and tried to go across a cable line. The suspect then lost her grip and fell.
