GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A man from Green Bay was arrested for his involvement in a head-on crash Tuesday night on Velp Avenue, and officers say two other people remain hospitalized. According to the Green Bay Police Department, a 22-year-old man, allegedly driving one of the involved vehicles at a high rate of speed, was arrested overnight after being treated for serious injuries. 106 grams of methamphetamine found during traffic stop in Wisconsin, driver arrested Officers also noted that they are looking to speak with the driver of a black pickup truck that witnesses claim to have seen in the area at the time of the crash, which occurred just before 7 p.m. on April 1 on Velp Avenue near Wilson Avenue.
