CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An iconic hotdog-shaped vehicle known as the ‘Oscar Mayer Wienermobile’ will roll through the Charleston area over the next several days. Wienermobile pilot “Grill ‘Em Up Ellie” and her co-pilot, “Pickle Pip,” will be handing out the iconic wiener whistle s at each stop. People are welcome to take pictures and enjoy a tour of the truck. The Wienermobile will make its first appearance at the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry on Thursday, April 3, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. 25 Ann Street, Charleston It will then head to the Lowcountry Strawberry Festival on Friday.
