High pressure dominated Southern New England Wednesday. As a result, we will be dry and temperatures will be cooler than average, topping out in the mid-40s. An approaching warm front will bring in the clouds tonight and there is a chance of showers closer to midnight. Thursday will be unsettled
with rain to start the day. It will become a windy day with gusts possible up to 35 mph and highs will be near 60. Early rain showers are possible Friday morning, otherwise the day looks dry and mild with highs in the 60s. The weekend is looking unsettled with mostly cloudy skies and a chance of showers each day. Saturday will be much cooler than Sunday with highs in the 40s, while Sunday tops out near 60. Next week looks to start with showers, but will be otherwise partly sunny with highs in the mid-50s. Tuesday will bring back the sunshine and highs in the lower-50s.
