KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A house caught fire early Tuesday morning in Olathe as storms moved through the area. Neighbors reported hearing "lighting crack" shortly before seeing flames from the roof, according to an X post from the Olathe Fire Department. The cause of the fire is still being investiga ted. Firefighters from Olathe and Lenexa responded. No injuries were reported, but two people were displaced, according to the Olathe Fire Department. The home was significantly damaged.
