ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester Police are investigating an area on North Clinton Avenue after a man was stabbed Tuesday night. According to police, officers responded to the area near Evergreen Street and Clifford Avenue around 9:30 p.m. for the report of a person stabbed. Police said when officers arrived, they found a 55-year-old man with at least one stab wound to the upper body. The man was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital where he is being treated. Police have not listed his condition or the severity of his injuries at this time. Several patrol vehicles can be seen surrounding a convenience store as police continue investigate the area.
