GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle, head-on crash and urging motorists to avoid the area. Officers responded around 7 p.m. Tuesday to the crash at Velp Avenue and Wilson Avenue. Police said three people sustained serious injuries and are rece iving medical treatment.
