VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KPGE) - Firefighters contained a fire in Visalia that was caused by an oven Tuesday, the fire department said. Just before 2:30 p.m., firefighters responded to a house fire in the 4200 block of West Whitendale Avenue. Firefighters say the fire was reportedly caused by a n oven.
