Popular San Francisco coffee chain closes location

(KRON) – A popular San Francisco coffee chain is closing a location that has been around for nearly a decade.
Ritual Coffee Roasters is closing its Haight Street location the second week of April.
The coffee shop posted the news on its website, “We are sad to share the news that we wil
l be closing our Haight Street location. Our last day will be Friday, April 11th,” the coffee shop continued. “We have loved being in the Haight for the past 9 years and have some of the best regulars a café could hope for!”

New Yemeni coffee shop heading to the East Bay
According to the coffee shop’s website, Ritual Coffee says its customers and community are not involved in the reason for the closure. The cafe cites the “confluence of the many factors of running a small business in a modern city” for the location’s demise.
Ritual Coffee asks for patrons to support in its final days. “Come enjoy a coffee, this pretty café, and the sweet view of the fog rising off Buena Vista Park, and be with us for the next few weeks,” said the coffee house.
