PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Creed is coming to Providence.
The post-grunge rock band, which embarked on its highly-anticipated reunion tour last summer, announced Tuesday that it has added five more stops, including one at the Amica Mutual Pavilion on Aug. 27.
Creed will be performing alongsid
e Daughtry and Mammoth WVH. It will be the first time Creed has played a Providence venue since 1998.

Tickets will for the Providence show be available for purchase on Friday, April 4 at 10 a.m., though presale is slated for Wednesday, April 2.
Creed is best known for its smash hits "Higher," "With Arms Wide Open," "My Sacrifice" and "One Last Breath."
