EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- The Borderland BeerFest is back this weekend.
The event will be from noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at DeadBeach Brewery, 3200 Durazno Ave. and surrounding streets.
The one-day festival is free to attend and is a place to enjoy local and regional craft beer tastin
gs, live art, live music, food vendors and other activities.
Local breweries from across the city will be participating, including: DeadBeach Brewery (event producer); Aurellia’s Bottle Shop & Brewhouse; Mountain Star Brewing Company; Three Missions Brewery and others.
Beer by featured regional breweries include: Odell Brewing Company; Big Country Brewing Co.; Bosque Brewing Co.; Community Brewing Co.; Ex Novo Brewing Company; Independence Brewing Co.; Martin House Brewing Company; Marble Brewery; Ace Cider; Real Ale Brewing Co.; Santa Fe Brewing; and Tupps Brewery and others.
Wine and White Claw will be available for those who do not drink beer.
This year, Borderland BeerFest is partnering with the Upper Valley Market. Over 25 retail, artisan, snack and food vendors will be at the event.
This event is open to all ages, with plenty of non-alcoholic offerings will be available, including DeadBeach’s house root beer and Jarritos soda. A kid’s area with games will be on-site. ...read more read less
