BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A former employee of San Lauren Elementary School is facing 11 felony counts after admitting to having sex on multiple occasions with a teen girl he used to coach and using a fake social media account to obtain nude photos of her and another girl, according to court fil ings. Charges were brought against Aldrich Raquinio Cadiz, 32, following an investigation that started in 2023. He has pleaded not guilty. Beardsley School District on Tuesday said Cadiz's last day of employment was Nov. 11, 2023 -- around the time when the allegations were reported. The teen told sheriff's investigators a sexual relationship began in August 2022 when she was 17 and Cadiz was 30. Cadiz admitted to engaging in sex acts with the teen, the filings say. Man charged under Prop 36 law takes plea deal He also admitted to creating a Snapchat account years earlier under the name "Jay" and using it to obtain nude photos of her and another girl when they were 14, according to the filings. One of the teens told investigators she'd refuse to send photos but "Jay" would then threaten to harm himself, so she relented.
