WARE, Mass. (WWLP) - A man from Ware is being held on $1 million bail for charges involving rape, strangulation, and assault and battery with an axe.
In a news release from the Ware Police Department, with the assistance of the Massachusetts State Police on Monday, 46-year-old Alan Mosher was arr
ested and charged with:
Assault and battery on family/household member, subsequent offense (2 counts)
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (axe)
Assault with a dangerous weapon (axe)
Strangulation (2 counts)
Rape
Man convicted in Berkshire County triple murder denied appeal
Mosher is being held on $1 million bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown.
