LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has identified the driver who died following a crash involving four vehicles on New Circle Road Monday afternoon. The coroner says 39-year-old Ashley Maria Leath, of Lexington, died from blunt trauma injuries of the head and torso. She was pronounced dead at UK Medical Center shortly after the crash. According to investigators, the collision occurred on the outer loop of New Circle Road near Georgetown Road, involving two construction vehicles and two passenger cars.
