Fourth family member dies following Pulaski County house fire

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A fourth family member has died after a house fire in Pulaski County earlier this month, according to Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Brian Lee Putteet, 53, of Somerset, passed away Friday, March 28, at the University of Louisville Hospital’s Burn Center. He
had been airlifted there following the fire.
As previously reported, the fire broke out March 18 at a home on Parkers Mill Road, killing three other family members: 78-year-old Norma Dean Putteet, her 55-year-old son Jerry Todd Putteet, and her 17-year-old granddaughter BriLee Kay Putteet. Brian was Norma’s son and BriLee’s father.
Funeral services for Norma, Jerry, and BriLee were held at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Somerset. All three were laid to rest at Kingtown Cemetery in Oneida, Tennessee.
Visitation for Brian Putteet is set for Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Southern Oaks Funeral Home, followed by the service at 1:00 p.m.
According to the funeral home, he will be laid to rest in Strunk, Kentucky.
