WILSON, N.C. (WNCN) – A Wilson man is charged with murder in connection to the deaths of his mother and younger brother on Monday, police said. According to the Wilson Police Department, 25-year-old Da’ron Donta Jenkins is facing two counts of first-degree murder following an incident on the 1700 block of Snowden Drive. PREVIOUS: 2 found dead in Wilson on Snowden Drive, 1 in custody, police say At around 5:23 p.m. Monday, officers responded “in reference to an unknown type of call” and later found two people dead on scene. On Tuesday, police identified the victims as 50-year-old Dana Vanessa Jenkins and a 15-year-old juvenile. Da’ron Jenkins is being held at the Wilson County Jail under no bond. The case is still under investigation.
