COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Deputies in Colleton County are searching for a woman who is considered a person of interest in connection to a homicide that occurred over the weekend in Walterboro. 39-year-old Jessica Ann Cooke is wanted for questioning by the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office , the agency said Tuesday. Her last known address was a residence in Varnville, Hampton County. She is about five feet tall and weighs 136 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair. Deputies responded to an address on Quail Drive around 9:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving a call about a man lying in a yard who was covered in blood.
