MANDAN, ND (KXNET) — The heavy, wet snow is making roads slippery in the region, leading to crashes. And prompting a warning from the North Dakota Highway Patrol: Slow down on the wet roads. Around 6:45 a.m., Tuesday, a semi was involved in a crash just west of Mandan. While emergency cre ws were working at the scene, another vehicle driving too fast for conditions slid into the crash area, nearly striking emergency vehicles with their red and blue lights activated.
