The Baton Rouge Behavioral Hospital property on North Boulevard has changed hands. Community Development Partners LLC, represented by Elliott Temple, bought the property from Baton Rouge MHP LLC for $6.1 million, according to a deal filed Monday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s o ffice. Robert Cohen represented the seller. An online search for the property incorrectly states it is closed.  The purchased property comprises seven lots on North Boulevard between Edison Street and Richland Avenue.  Business filings list Elliott and NBA veteran Garrett Temple as members of Community Development Partners LLC.
