COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A Downtown hotel has again been listed for sale.
The Sheraton at Capitol Square at 75 E. State St. is among the listings on Ten-X, an online auction site that boasts itself as the world's largest commercial real estate marketplace. The listing states bidding started at $3
million on Monday for the hotel property and will close on Wednesday.

"The Sheraton provides investors the opportunity to acquire an expansive, urban hotel with incredible fundamentals, and tremendously well-positioned adjacent to one of the premiere office towers in downtown Columbus," the listing said.
The hotel also underwent an ownership change in 2023. Joshua Joseph, a Dallas-based hotel owner, purchased the property in November that year for $9.6 million, according to Franklin County Auditor's Office records.
Before Joseph, the hotel was owned by an investor under the name "Hotel 75 E. State," who acquired the building in 2016 for $20.9 million. Built in 1983, the Sheraton stands 21 stories, spans 324,000 square feet and sits on a 1.2-acre property. The hotel, which is home to 403 guest rooms, was renovated in 2012.
