Editor's Note: RPD re-clarified that the incident happened on St. Paul Street. ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A suspect was arrested after an attack on St. Paul Street sent one man to the hospital. On March 31, Rochester police responded to the area around 8:31 p.m. for reports of a stabbing. They found the victim, a 62-year-old man, with at least one laceration. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive. Investigators said an altercation happened between the victim and suspect inside a home on St. Paul Boulevard, which resulted in the suspect hitting the victim with an object. A 49-year-old man was found in the area and was arrested. His name was not revealed. RPD said he was charged accordingly. ...read more read less
