ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — We have a winner for News 8's "Image Innovator" contest! "Watergram Portrait" won with 3,147 votes! The photographer was Archer Evans of Allendale Columbia, whose teachers are Amy Oliveri and Sara Rogers. The contest was a partnership between News 8 WROC and the Imag e City Photo Gallery. This photograph is part of the gallery's "Through the Student Lens" exhibit, which features hundreds of pictures from young photographers across Monroe County. The exhibit is still open at the Image City Photo Gallery until Sunday, April 13.
