CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Emergency crews responded to a water rescue in Mallard Creek Monday night.  According to Medic officials, they responded around 10 p.m. to the 9700 block of North Tryon Street, near the Cookout restaurant. No one was transported from the scene.  Queen Ci ty News observed a vehicle flipped over in the water down a steep embankment.
