MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A person is dead following a shooting inside a Walgreens on Monday night, the Madera Police Department said. Officers responded to a shooting inside a Walgreens on Cleveland Avenue in Madera at around 9:45 p.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, police say they found a perso n suffering from gunshot wounds. They were found alive upon officers' arrival, but the person was later pronounced deceased on the scene. Officers say there were customers, including children, inside the store. They add the incident appears to be an isolated incident between two people. They say it is believed the suspect entered the store looking for a specific person.
