FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The California Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to avoid distractions and wear their seatbelts after a crash was provoked by "severe allergies." On Monday, CHP Fresno area shared a social media post regarding a crash in which a driver "sneezed his way off the road, " through a fence and into a brick wall. The driver and his passengers were wearing seatbelts, which, according to officers, prevented serious injuries. "Limiting distractions can save lives (and maybe prevent surprise detours courtesy of a sneeze attack)," reads the social media post.
