TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Two people were arrested after allegedly being involved in illegal street racing in Tulare County, the California Highway Patrol said.
Officers say they arrested two drivers involved in illegal street racing on Saturday at around 10:40 p.m. and impounded their
