ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) -- A man was arrested following an incident that happened in the air traffic control tower at Reagan National Airport (DCA). Kite reportedly makes contact with United flight near Reagan National Airport, airline says Metropolitan Washington Airports Authorit y (MWAA) said Airport Authority police arrested 39-year-old Damon Marsalis Gaines, of Upper Marlboro in Maryland.
