ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester Police have made an arrest in relation to a robbery at ESL Bank on Merchants Road. On March 20, officers responded to ESL Federal Credit Union on Merchants Road around 1:23 p.m. for the report of an armed robbery. According to police, 37-year-old Marleny A guasvivas entered the bank wearing a medical mask and allegedly handed the teller a note stating she had a gun and demanded money. Police said Aguasvivas allegedly fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. She was later arrested during an executed search by the Rochester Major Crimes Task Force Monday.
