Man arrested after shooting at 3 people in Hanford

HANFORD, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man was arrested Saturday after allegedly shooting at three people outside a residence in Hanford, the Hanford Police Department said.
Police say that on March 27 at about 4:20 p.m., officers were dispatch
ed to the area of 400 E. 11th Street for a report of multiple shots fired in the area.
As officers responded, they located a victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper back.

Police say they then canvassed the area and received information that the suspect, who has been identified as 28-year-old Bailey Heffley had driven to a residence and fired multiple shots at three people.
The remaining shots hit the residence and a neighbor's window. Police say Heffley was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of attempted homicide and later booked at the Kings County Jail, where is is being held without bail. ...read more read less
