The refreshi ng, easy-to-drink Blonde Ale is now available on tap at the resort’s dining venues and Pinthouse.         The Hill Country Kölsch, with a 5% ABV, was brewed specially for JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, drawing inspiration from the Hill Country region’s natural beauty while incorporating traditional German brewing techniques that have long been a part of Central Texas’ craft beer landscape. The yeast strain used in this brew has been Pinthouse’s house yeast for 13 years, a signature element of their brewing process that now marks the brewery’s first large production batch of Kölsch.         Hill Country Kölsch is perfect for those thirsty for a light, clean beer and who favor domestic and imported beers.
