BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Jamestown man was sentenced for promoting contraband on Monday after he caused the deaths of two separate people in two separate incidents while under the influence of meth, according to the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office. Jamestown man sentenced after killing teen, then killing other woman while on bail In January 2022, Randall Rolison, 61, hit and killed 15-year-old Alexis Hughan in Jamestown. He was convicted of second-degree manslaughter. That December, Rolison drove through a stop sign in Arkwright and crashed into a truck driven by Linda Kraemer and her husband. Kraemer was killed and her husband was injured. Rolison was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide. Rolison was under the influence of meth in both cases, officials said. On Monday, Rolison was sentenced to two to four years in prison for first-degree promoting prison contraband after he was found in possession of meth following a jail visit in March 2024. The two to four year sentence will run consecutive to the 13 to 40 years he is currently serving for the deaths of the two victims.
